Before we create your custom set, it’s important to find your ideal size and shape! Because every set is handcrafted just for you, starting with a Sizing Kit is the best way to get the perfect fit.

Not sure what shape suits you best? No worries! You can send a few clear photos of your natural nails to @cutesynails_bymj on Instagram—we’ll chat and find the best style for you.

It might feel like an extra step, but trust us—getting your size right ensures your nails look and feel amazing. 💕

💅 Step 2: Let’s Get Ordering!

Custom design orders are open Sunday through Friday starting at 8 AM CST.
We offer just 5 custom design spots each week, available on a first-come, first-served basis to make sure every set gets the attention it deserves.

Want something simpler? Solid color sets can be ordered any time while orders are open—those don’t count toward the 5 weekly slots!

Once we’ve reached capacity, custom orders will pause until the following week to allow time for creating and shipping your beauties.

If you’d rather not wait, check out the Ready to Wear or Add On options—they’re ready to go and just as cute!

💖Your shape preferences

💖Any extra notes or special requests

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll respond in the order messages are received to confirm your details and let you know exactly what to add to your cart.

Please note: Your order isn’t confirmed until checkout is completed through our website.

Processing + shipping takes about 14 business days total.

📦 Step 4: Delivery Time!

All Cutesy Nails by MJ sets are handcrafted in Chicago, IL and shipped throughout the U.S. with love!

Orders placed on Sundays are typically shipped the following Monday. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping email with a USPS tracking number. This number will update once the package reaches the USPS facility and is scanned into their system.

 

✨ Tip: If you need your set by a specific date, please plan ahead— shipping and can sometimes take a little extra time.
